Are there blackout dates?

There are no blackout dates, however, certain holidays and high-demand periods may incur an additional charge.

How long do I have to book the trip?

Choose the dates that work best for you and your guests to book your adventure. You have 24 months from the purchase date.
 

What happens if I can't take the trip?

If you have an emergency event that causes the booking of your trip to be delayed, we will work with you beyond the 24-month window

Terms & Conditions

This package includes trophy fees for animals listed in the package, luxury safari lodge accommodations, meals and all beverages, including alcohol in moderation, the service of a licensed Professional Hunter, trained staff, skinners, trackers, field preparation of trophies, transportation to shipper, wireless internet at camp and road transfers between Polokwane International Airport and hunt concession on arrival and departure days. Not included are all international/domestic flights, air charters and vehicle transfer before/after the contracted hunting period, any extra accommodation prior to and after the contracted safari dates, trophy fees of extra animals killed or wounded, hire of firearms and ammunition, taxidermy dipping, packing and shipping, side trips and gratuities. This hunt may be upgraded to include additional species or days exceeding the credit at current price list. Accommodations and excursions are subject to change and availability without notice, at which time they will be substituted with an equivalent option. Resort fees are not included. Reservations must be booked at least 90 days in advance. Package expires 24 months after date of purchase. Airfare and airport transfers are not included. Additional nights and travel with less than 90 days advance booking may be available as an upgrade at an additional cost. A valid passport is required at the time of booking your trip for all international travel. Travel during holidays and peak periods is subject to availability and may require an additional cost. This certificate may not be resold or donated to an organization and is not refundable.
