Certainly! You can reserve extra nights or add additional services after purchase at an additional cost.

No, flights are not included in this experience.

Are there blackout dates?
There are no blackout dates, however, certain holidays and high-demand periods may incur an additional charge.
How long do I have to book the trip?
Choose the dates that work best for you and your guests to book your adventure. You have 24 months from the purchase date.
What happens if I can't take the trip?
If you have an emergency event that causes the booking of your trip to be delayed, we will work with you beyond the 24-month window
Can I add Additional Couples/Family Members to the Trip?
Yes, additional guests can be added to this destination depending on space and availability. Please visit with a representative of the organization offering this trip.

Accommodations and excursions are subject to change and availability and may be substituted with comparable options. Reservations must be booked at least 90 days in advance. This package expires 24 months from the date of purchase. Airfare and airport transfers are not included. Resort fees, local tourism taxes, and environmental fees (if applicable) are not included. Travel during holidays and peak periods, additional nights, or bookings made with less than 90 days’ notice may be available for an additional cost. A valid passport is required at the time of booking for all international travel. This certificate is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold or donated to any organization. Travel during the Kentucky Derby, the Breeders’ Cup, and the week before and after each event is not available with the Kentucky Bourbon experience.
